What was he doing "sitting behind a tree"?

There were two of them. One was writing a ticket and the chick was on the gun. She was still shooting it while I past her. I kept going about half a mile up the road and then I went another mile down another road and thats when she came behind me. I was like WTF? If she had caught someone speeding behind me she would've totally ignored me. I guess I just have bad luck.

You had enough time to SEE her clocking you? Then you had plenty of time to turn down the radio too, right? Are you sure she didn't get you for your exhaust instead?

Trust me, I listen to the radio just as loud as the next guy....but I turn it down when I stop at redlights or near police cars for this very reason. Besides, I can't stand to listen to that gay ass tin can and license plate rattle all the "cool" guys think is so damn cool. It sounds like their car is falling apart and uber gay anyway.

By the time I saw her it was allready too late. I have always turned it down when I saw cops around me but this time it was too late. And why are you assuming it was for exhaust? Im failing to see the funny in that. You should instead ask what car I was in before you attempt to make any jokes.

Look, I was asking a simple question....I wasn't trying to "make a funny". I asked about the exhaust because it is often louder than stereos and much more annoying. I don't know if that's your case, hence why I asked.

Bottomline, weather you want to admit it or not, is that a noise ordinance ticket is right up there with a seat belt violation in that it is something that is totally avoidable and therefore really your fault. I agree that it is a BS chicken shit ticket, but you did give them a reason to stop you....which was my point.
