Noise ordinance tickets are BS tickets that you get because you were even dumber than the ticket itself. Why didn't you just turn down the music you were obviously blarring when you saw the cop? If you didn't see him, fine that's understandable, but in all honesty how did you NOT see a cop sitting near you? You also get these kinds of tickets for fart can exhausts. If you have an exhaust loud enough to get you one of these, you too deserve it.
Or maybe you didnt see the cop sitting behind a tree? Had I seen him I would've turned it down but I didnt.
