the city of macon is not predominantly black, the surrounding areas that make up macon are predominantly black, i do know for a fact that the housing authority is 100% black, or atleast was 3 years ago, probably still the same, or very close to it, i contracted cctv/fire alarm work with a local company for the city of macon, which included all of their offices, housing units, and daycares, ive been inside every single dwelling the city has in every single community in macon....the city spends more money on housing lazy people than it does anything else from what i understand
