im going to have to agree 100% here with Freddy..

GTO's are semi quick... they are ok looking cars except for the fact that they look like what the 2004+ Grand prix's should have looked like. no one is taking away what the car can do.... HOWEVER...

FOR AN LSX motor car..... its a piece of shit. for example... Camaros.... WTF!.. i understand Chevy had to put the LS1 and LS2's somewhere... but the camaro/TA/Firehawk should have been the end of it. Vettes are great.

how do you figure? i don't consider myself a douchebag in the slightest of ways.

also, i have to disagree about the opinions about the gto's being piles of shit. here's why...

the gto's arent the fastest of cars for their pricerange, but they do have quite a few creature comforts. the interior is amazing and very comfortable, in my opinion. the exterior of the holden monaro does look more appealing than that of the gto's, but hey, its close so i like it. also, considering the car is a 3700 lb beast, the handling isnt all that bad, and (if you're in to this kinda thing) it'll step sideways with a second's notice with the utmost control. the ls2 is a strong motor and responds VERY well to modification. there's a video out there somewhere (i'll try to find it) of a sub 500whp gto running an 11.9 in the 1/4. all in all, my opinion is that it is a well rounded car. its got the tq to move its fat ass, it's very comfortable on the hwy, and its fast enough to hold its own. i'm not saying the gto's God, by ANY means, but it's definatly not just a peice of shit domestic. ever compared the interior of a camaro to the gto? its a world of difference. anyway, i realize people have different opinions, and thats totally cool! i have no problem with that. i DO have a problem with people generalizing gto drivers as douchebags, and not really knowing enough about the car to make an educated opinion about the car.
