South Carolina. There are two stores on 85 at the GA NC border and the SC NC border. I used to stop there every time I would drive over the weekend to see my girl before I moved. The stores are HUGE and red. Right after I moved down here they opened up a fireworks store outside my hometown in PA and you can only get the good stuff with an out of state license.
