Sooo I got another ticket
and got to spend an hour in the back of a police car - ticket is for disorderly contact - anyways, here's what happened
I got a phone call from my sister saying justin get over here and then it goes dead. A phone call like that will make anyone worry, but my sister lives with a sorta somewhat abusive boyfriend (we've voiced our concern and displeasure trust me) - so with that said, its safe to say that I made a 15 minute drive into a 6 minute one. anyways long story short, him and my sister go into it - yelling, cussing, the whole shebang, then it started to get physical when he started to get in her face calling her things that I can't really repeat here, and in short she totally kicked his ass ( I wish I had a camera to take a picture of my 5'4 redhead sister having this 6'4 guy in an armlock smashed into the trunk of a mercedes benz ) - well things calmed down and again he got in her face, and again she decided to not take any of it - well, he decided to hit her. Up until now I was there really to try to get her to come home and get away, and to make sure things just didn't get out of hand, like him hitting her. He hit her - I got involved. I was nice and ended up shoving him into a wall telling him that I didn't exactly appreciate him laying a hand on my sister like that in a non-sugarcoated way. Well, he proceeded to punch me in the side and then attempted to kick me - ended up missing, ended up grabbing his and flipping him onto the ground and since I was pissed I ended up laying it into him and him back and things just got to being a mess... meanwhile the neighbors had called the police on a domestic disturbance, so I got to sit in a cop car for an hour while they were trying to figure things out, but nobody can say who gave the now ex boyfriend 2 cracked ribs, a broken arm with a dislocated shoulder, elbow, wrist, 3 sprained fingers, a busted eyebrow and a busted lip ( that was actually my sister's doing) - right now my sister is getting X-rayed on her hip ( when he had hit her he had also shoved her hard into a railing and after that she had had trouble standing up)
Anyways, I'm hoping the charge doesn't get upped to assault due to what I ended up doing. And tomorrow I get to go shopping with my sister for a taser and assist her in getting a restraining order if she's okay.
and to end it all, the chick in a tacobell drivethru that I frequent asked me out on a date.... what a messed up night
