well... that charge shouldnt be bad.. had a similar thing happen with my aunt and her husband.. i fucked him up bad.. still go a hole in the door when i punched his dumb ass in the face and he fell into the door... you should be aite..Gwinnett PD took me downtown because it was his house.. but the let me go.. judge was cool said any real man wouldn't lay his hand on a female no matter the case just they would just leave... all in all you should be ok.. glad you messed him up though... dumbasses like that deserve to be fucked up like that +1 if i can
