Or not... Microsoft makes money off of this deal because of the advertising on their web search. Each time you search something, Microsoft gets money. Well if you try playing any of the games the regular way, you'll notice that it does a search for every last thing you do. Thats a lot of money for Microsoft, and they don't mind giving stuff away because they are still making a profit. Besides, the macro is just a program that controls where the mouse is going. This means that you can't do anything else while its running but it also means that there is no way for Microsoft to tell that you were using it.
