If they sent you out another phone under "warranty", and you send your old phone back and it's fucked up like that, they're gonna charge you THE FULL PRICE OF THE PHONE on your next bill

Warranty does not cover any sort of physical or liquid damage. Obviously your flip breaking is physical damage. If you had the insurance however, they would of covered it no problem, no matter what happened. Of course, you have to pay a deductible, just like any other matter dealing with insurance.

I love it when customers come into my store trying to bitch that they broke their phone and that they shouldn't have to pay full price for the phone Should of gotten insurance bitch, that's why it's offered. Are you gonna tell the dealer to give you a car for half off b/c you had another car with them and got into a wreck and need a new car?

Well the Iphone's are having some activation issues right now, not b/c of us but b/c Apple didn't expect this and wasn't release for the whole activation process so Itunes couldn't hold everyone trying to activate their phones and it's taking forever.

So today I had some lady come in and tell me to speed up her process Uh no, it's not our fault, there's nothing I can to. She's keep on insisting and starts losing and like twitching and shaking and can't speak and is having trouble talking and breathing and shit She had to get away from me to calm down

But I was on the phone with customer service and she told me that she quit working at stores b/c one time she got a phone thrown at her head and another time she got spit on That's crossing the line, we would of been fighting and I would of made sure to get a nice big lugi all over their face
