had a wreck again...
so, i told my sis i would take some movies back to the movie store since they were due tonite and i borrowed them from her to watch. little did i know there would be a bunch of stupid people out driving tonite, and one more just shouldn't be on the road. so i'm on the athens perimeter/loop 10, and a car doesn't signal and changes lanes on me. i was in the left lane, and he was in the right. my lil girl was in my back right seat so i freaked, i thought he was going to hit my car, i started to slam on, but then realized there was a truck on my bumper, and the car was still changing lanes on me. i ended up going into the median and spinning around like 3 times and luckily i didn't hit a car, but i somehow slammed into a guardrail w/ my back end. my poor car. but thankfully some people witnessed him changing lanes on me, and he kept trying to deny it. but anyways, hopefully my car will be fixed soon, and i was told even though he didn't hit me, his insurance should pay for it. anyone know if that's how it works? the officer said it was, but i don't know.
