well apparently it is an impound or something of the sort, so being that its an impound lot, the title has to go through that process or whatever to get transferred to his name - something like that ( I forget... I just know its going to take him a month to get all the papers straightened out )

i think you have to wait 30 days or some shit like that to get the lien and title eventually transfered over. I know we have a car sitting up at ntb for a few months now and nobody wants to do anything about it because the process of attaining ownership on the car is a pain in the ass.
