figurativly speaking, say it turns into a physical fight... even if i dont throw the first punch, i can very easily be charged in the court of law with use of excessive force. just trust me on that one. and frankly, i do not wish to end up in jail.....again. not my cup of tea. so i have to look at a situation and see how i can respond to it while avoiding as much conflict as possible, even if it makes me look like a pussy. big deal.
