Fun fucking day
I went to bed at 3 a.m. last night becasue I did not have to be at work till 10. My girlfriend woke me up at 7 saying wake up we have to go to court. So off to traffic court we went to sit around, thumb in ass for three hours before getting a retarded fine cut in half. I rolled into work at 12:30. Ok so far I have missed two and a half hours of work but I took no lunch to make up some time.
After running around all day in a bad fucking mood for some reason I honestly can not undrstand. My phone rings at a little after 5 p.m. On the other end is my girlfriend who his crying and screaming so bad I thought she was laughing because she was just rear ended in my brand new 07 Wolfsburg Jetta by a F150.....pushing her into another F150 and pushing that F150 into a Jeep.
Her thumb is broken pretty bad from the airbag and she has some HUGE bruises and her neck and back are fucked up...AGAIN. ( she was rear ended by a teenager in a minivan a few months ago) she also has some cuts and scrapes and burns from glass and the airbag.
ANYWAY the paramedic took the phone from her and said "we are taking her to Kennistone (spelling?) hospital and to meet us there.'' The first thing I asked him is if the baby was in the car.. thank god she was not because the back seat was pushed up against the front, apparentyl the car is completely fucked but I have not seen it yet. ( I am going to the impound tomorrow morning to snap a few shots of the damage and to collect some things from the car, I will post pics tomorrow night if I can)
The best part was her mom was on the phone with her when it happend, heard the whole thing and went FUCKING APE SHIT because the phone never hung up and she could hear my girlfriend screaming and cying. So I got to deal with trying to calm her down over the phone while she was driving to the hospital.
It is 11:20 and I just ate dinner. So good bye Jetta It was nice while it lasted. After being rear ended twice in six months and by the grace of god having the baby not in the car at the time, we are going Pathfinder or Envoy shopping when the smoke clears. Thank you Jetta for taking the hit so well and keeping my baby in one piece.
Oh and thank god I did not get the 10k service done today like I had planned to. That would be $140 down the drain AFTER the employee discount.
