Ok - lotta BS. Computer problems w/ online banking that they have worked out. It is now fixed when I view it online. I sent a request to close my account and I will switch over to a national bank that has office locations here. There are ZERO locations here in Indiana - not that it really mattered to me b4 b/c I have a local credit union account that I "live" out of.
They are not happy about me closing the account - I am not either and I had amazing overseas support w/ BOA when I was in the Air Force but I just think that this event was the catalyst that prompted my decision to close this particular account.
They said Julio will pay the negative balance and to send him a bill. LOL
