I remember it like it was yesterday when I was on Off-topic.net ... There was this huge thread about it just after it happened.

B - do you still have the thread they printed out for you?

What do you remember about being dead? Was there a white light? Did you see jesus? Did you look down on your body in the car?

Was this in the parking lot, road to reynolds, or was this on the track?

I'm probably going to get flamed for this... but some of the people in here act like the money is going to teach the kid a lesson or really make up for your pain and suffering... It wont.

Obviously you can't equate the two situations but i'm willing to bet that kid was fucked up in the head for at least a few years after the accident. It's unfortunate that others have to suffer so much for them, but people make mistakes. We all should know that it wasn't his intention to blow through that intersection and hurt you or anybody else.

In all honestly... Have you forgiven him for what happened? Or do you still hold some sort of negative feeling against him?

The possibilities of something like that (your wreck situation) happening is why I act the way I do!
yeah, that was RUINER, THE REN AND AHMONRAH...we have another IA MEMBER WHO'S JUST BEEN INDUCTED INTO THE SURVIVORS CLUB TOO!! he had a blow out @ 90mph, went THROUGH a telephone pole, hit 6 trees and only has a scratch on his elbow. that was a couple saturdays ago.

They had neglected to fix the brake problem on the truck which caused him to "blow through" the intersection. It was through both his and his father's negligence that the accident occured.
