    Go to the grocery store and pick up some Melatonin supplement. That's the natural chemical your body releases to help you got to sleep. I've read that .3-.6 milligrams is the best dosage to cure insomnia.

    I think my fiance bought a bottle of like (120) .3 mil. pills for like $5. That'll probably be the easiest and cheapest way to go.
