i just got back from a cross country trip. the truck i was in was goverened at 71. really sucked. all most all the rds i was on had a speedlimit of 75. well about half of them. the rest were 70 so everyone was still doing 75. the 5mph makes a big diff on a 35hr trip. lol oh well i made it eventually.
sweet, put some gold rims on it. wire spokes. and go get a pimp my ride flame job. then you'll really be the big guy to deal with. but seriously.....why are you messing around with that thing when you could swap a non governed v8 in there.... man that shit would be fast as hell then. lol. us import guys and our cute lil toys...
a v8 wouldnt do shit in that rig. it would die after one trip unloaded. much less with 80000 pounds behind it. the motors are capable of over 100mph easy. just gotta have the right tranny in it. in texas they regularly do over 100 on some of the oil hwys. nothing but rigs and open highway.
Me and QD...ridin big lol. You got a CB in that thing? If so you should wire a PA system in it. Did it to my truck and has to be the best "turn your brights off" tool I have.
