    i know in sc they have a program where you can go to a driving school and get four points back on your license. maybe they have something like that here.

    they have defensive driving classes here you take them once every five years to have all points cleared of you dl's or you can take it to have your licences reinstated. i've too the class like 8 times.. mostly court ordered because i have had alot of tickets.. class should only cost like 75-100 bucks....

    actually pleaing no-lo doesn;t always mean no points gained the judge might approve it but the state driver board has the final say.. trust me i know.. i 've only had my licences suspend twice.. for a total time of 1 year and 6 months... and a stack of tickets lol

    lol,thanks........im probbly gonna just go pay my ticket and hope dont lose it...is their any way they forgat to give me 2points on my 1st offense,cause my insurance rate didnt go up.

    points to be given are reallu decided by the department of motor vehicle not really the judge the judge gives the punishment and the DMV gives the rest.... it's possible.. but i doubt it.. of course anything is possible but ya know.. usually a folling to close ticket is just 2 -3 points on your licence.. and if you under 18 you can have up to like 10 i think then when you turn 18 you can have up to 12 i think before you lose them.. i think i'm not exactly sure i forgot the exact number lol.. but yeah.. if you have only had one other ticket and this is your second one then i would not worry really about losing them..
