bullshit....it just depends on the girls style of clothing and she doesnt have to be gothic to do it. i used to work in a hair salon. ive met plenty of women who got that hair style and pulled it off. the fauxhawk is better for women who want to look casual in the day while at work and then stylish whenever they are out of work.

i was going to get one when my hair was colored autumn brown but right after i wanted it the style became extemely popular. so i didnt get it.

its all about style and how you present it. then it can look sexy as hell. it just depends on the dress code and the attitude.

i said that because you can wear your hair down and not show the lower part of the hair style....so it just looks like you have a regular hair-do ( stra8 hair)

then pull your hair up when your off work and there ya go.
