    So a buddy of mine and I were talking about religion at work the other day. Yes such a hot topic, but nothing contreversial. We were talking about differences in Protestants and Catholics since he is baptist and I am Catholic.

    So talk of the Bible comes up, since as some may know the Catholic Bible has more books.

    Well shortly after our conversation, the manager who was there came over to us.

    He goes, was someone talking about the Bible? So we go yeah, we were.

    He tells us a woman came to him and was HIGHLY offended by our discussion because she doesn't believe in the Bible.

    I couldn't believe how crazy that was.

    So I guess that eliminates further discussions of Lord of the Flies or Tom Sawyer, since those are fiction books, this assuming she labled it as a fiction book by not believing in it...hmm...or is she just fucking stupid and thinks the book actually doesn't exist.

    Has she been to a hotel lately and opened the desk?

    Grr...some people piss me off.

    my friend used to work at party city and during christmas season jewish people would bitch at him at how there is so much christmas stuff for sale but almost nothing for hanukah. so after like the 10th time this happened he got fed up and told the jewish lady that it was because "party city doesnt like jewish people" lol

    I know how you feel bro. My cousin doesnt belive in God and that makes me soooo mad. Of course my aunt is Catholic, but didnt take her daughter to go to church or teach her the word of God.... I guess that might be the problem. Anyway's shes one of those puck chicks who only thinks about parties, getting drunk, etc. lol

    But yes I'm with you who hate having beliefs shoved down your throat. I expereinced that all through high school, but when I got old I realized I could and would make my own descisions and beliefs and stuck with what my parents taught me.

    If someone is talking about being Jewish or Muslim it wouldn't offend me in the least. I would think nothing of it and move on.

    But if they were trying to tell me I'm a sinner and bound for hell, I might be annoyed.
