Heres the simpliest advice...It doesnt matter what you eat but how much of a serving..You coudl eat the most healthiest most fat free food in the world, but if its too much its jus as bad..BUT of course you dont need alot of fried,. heavily seasoned buttered, fatty foods... i know im jus repeatin stuff you already know.
