    so i have been hold on for delta for the last 30 minutes and finally when someone picks up the bloody phone some fucking Indian named 'austin' (lolololol ) picks up the phone and i can't understand a single fucking word he says!!!!!

    now i'm hold again!!!

    because of cost . our HELP DESK is located in INDIA!. so when we have issues with our system. it sat least an hr to understand each other. i feel your pain .

    I was on the phone with HP tech support for an hour one day with an Indian woman. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she kept asking why. I said "listen I know you are doing your job and your being nice but I can't understand one work you are saying. Could I please speak to someone who speaks better english" she said hold I will put you through to my manager. So 10 minutes later Apu answers the phone and I said...."where is your office located" he says 'India" I fucking hung up and took it to a tech support place in my town.

    haha.. yeah im indian toO lol.. i use to work at cvs and this one indian lady would come in and buy something that was on sale for buy1 get 1 free... and she would come back an hour later and try'n get a refund on what she got for free... HAHA
