Actually you're not the only one who has thought about that lol. The only catch is, power would most likely be out. So if you had to make a ammo/food run, and you ran out of gas (since those trucks drink it) you'd be screwed. But ya, would be pretty fun posting up on a roof and getting a some sniping hours in. Nothing better than shooting at innocent people turned zombie because they were in the wrong place at the right time

but i have thought about the gas problem... you pretty much would go to any gas station... through a hose down there, and use a hand pump to pump it into barrels, would be a long prosess and we would have to be on point while we were pumping, BUT it could be done. i would just drive to a small town, clean the SHIT outa the town, and use that as kinda the home base sorta deal

Why not just rig up a 12v fuel pump to your battery and fill your tank up with no manual labor involved?
