i think people given life without parole should be killed that day, not a 20 year wait on death row, wouldn't it be easier to take them out back and shoot him, be done in 2 minutes.
Is there a law that only people can be sentenced to death if they admit the crime or there are a certain amount of credible whitnesses? Now a days there are a bunch of stories out there of people getting set free after 10 years on death row becasue of DNA evidence. I think that should be the law. You admit you did it, or there are people or a security camera or something that proves you did it. Other than that sit in a small cell with no windows for the rest of your life.
if it can be proven without a doubt then i believe the person should have the same fate as their victim.
