Yeah thats me. I guess after last month I felt like some of us should set the tone EARLY for this meet, I got there at 6pm and then fellow SELOCers like Morris etc rolled in shortly there after.
We met quite a few people like the cool M5 dude and some S2000 owners and I think it really helped set the tone for a mature, open meet.
I saw the 11 News guy talking to some people and I thought to myself "let me talk to him and rep the car enthusiast/import scene" or as Morris calls me a "glory hog"
The other kid and I were talking to the guy from 11 Alive and then he is like "can I interview you two"? and we said sure.
I think we both did a good job EDUCATING the public this meet has been around for sometime and its only a few bad apples trying to spoil the whole meet. For the most part its cool people getting together and showing love to one another.
Hope I repped for the Atlanta Community. WE ALL WE GOT!!! lol

Oh, SELOC left about 10pm and I watched the game up the street, I saw the news at 11 and the guy was like "I will report back live if something changes" and I saw tons of cars in the background.
I drove by about 11:45 and it was BARE.
The meet gets good until about 10pm (I've said this EVERY month) and the idiots come in and wreck the meet, like crashing a party.

Seems the 11 Alive did the right thing and showed us getting together and hanging. Props to them.
Props to the Atlanta Police for being real cool to talk too. They were straight up "hey you do burnouts or dumb crap, we are coming for you". They had NO intentions of breaking up the meet.
Props to the VARSITY as they were cool too and don't want the meet broken up either, just be respectful and BUY SOME FOOD!!!

i dont think they were very strict, seems like everyone was there for over an hour and i didnt even see the van that boots everyone...
yea i didn't feel like risking it so after an hour i moved up to the customer parking right next to the side building and went and grabbed a bite.
yesterday morning i just got finished going to court for traffic violations in cherokee county and cobb county... i don't think another one that night would've looked that great lol
