I saw it too one Saturday night up in Kennesaw. I have some shitty cell phone pics of it that I will post. It was truly the hottest car I have ever seen in person. You could tell that it had some hard miles on the engine though. What do you expect though? I'd drive the hell out of it too. It was a Nismo GTR vspecII Skyline Nur edition. We're talking a Nismo bodykit, 6 pot brembo calipers, gigantic volk time attacks(with Toyo R888 race tires not legal here yet), limited edition Recaros, and numerous HKS goodies. I know I'm leaving stuff out about it. The pics sucked because of the lighting and everyone crowding around.
The pics are terrible-I know. You can at least tell that it is really a skyline.

Well actually not really. You can get one for about 65,000. There was a white nurII in autotrader two weeks ago. and it was legal. There have been other there are a few for sell where Mo got his GTR 33 from, but they want like 70 to 80k for them.

I know the pics suck-that's why I haven't posted them sooner. I'd be like "hey look at my pics". I am just trying to help prove that it is real. Hell, there were about 40 damn people around it taking pics. I am honestly suprised that pics didn't pop up sooner. Some folks were even videotaping. He took a few people for a ride. That car sounds so mean! The exhaust perfectly complimented the race tuned engine. It really is a badass car!!

Ive seen this car before, talked to one of the guys that worked on it. Apparently he bought it in the neighborhood of 90 grand and that there is more than $100k under the hood of that thing. took one of my friends for a ride up and down busbee and he almost shit his pants. they got back and the brakes were glowing
yea he had HKS twins, 720cc injectors, HKS hardpipes, ACR heat shields everywhere and intercooler, some big ass radiator that I have never heard of, TITANIUM strut bar (you could touch it and it wasn't hot, it was awesome) some budy club fuel condenser???, Tomei fuel rails and lines, HKS cam gears, I forgot what coilovers he had, and some other shit that I can't remember. Baddest car I have ever seen!
If there is 100K under the hood and only making 468whp he's an idiot. I've done that several times with stock motors. The car is nice but I'm in the group that doesn't care. There are quite a few more than 14 in the country. The true NUR's are more rare but still not a car I'm going to grab a towel over. Its a beautiful car but not worth the status some people give it. Once you own one you will understand my point, until then your welcome to hold the car in such high regard. The simple fact is that they are heavy and don't handle very well. I turn faster lap times in my car than a friend of ours who brings his GTR to the NASA track days. Its all in what your looking for and what you want. If you want an overpriced car so all the fan boys will be on your nuts then buy a GTR and deal with the pain of owning one. If you want a real car that can perform well then save your money and hassles and buy a better car. I don't think they're over rated because I don't understand the cars, I think it because I understand them more than you. You nut over the car because you see them in magazines and on TV, I deal with them every day. I have a 500+whp R34 sitting here in my shop that I can drive whenever, its not that special. I have a 450whp R32 that I can drive too, its not that great either. The R33 will be done shortly with at least 700whp on a 2.8L Tomei Stroker, you know what, that won't be anything to jizz over either. When you graduate from fanboy status and actually do something other than drool on a car then you can speak to the people who truly know them and say we just think they're over rated. Until then go back to your dark room filled with Super Street posters and masterbate to your pics on your phone.

MAn you need to explain this to Moe. He thinks his car is the hottest shit in the world, but I have been trying to explain to him owning a skyline is cool but it does come with it's problems. Evo and sti's handling is much better and they cost less money to make faster. With skyline you have to wait on parts and so on. I would rather have a car that I can order parts and have them in two days compare to two months. Also with a more updated skyline coming out with a better suspension system and maybe a better motor, I will wait to see what comes of that. Because I would rather spend 80k on a car that I know will have waranty
