    It happens. You should have called the cops. It may be too late; most insurance companies want to see a police report before paying a claim.


    I just got rear ended by a dumb bitch about 2 weeks ago, and she didn't have insurance, suspended registration, and was on pain killers and muscle relaxers when it happened (she admitted this to the paramedic in the ambulance). Totalled my brother's car, which I was driving. So, I'm forced to file suit.

    i almost wonder if she was on something...all the cars were well behind me when i pulled out onto the street. she must've been speeding like a dumb bitch.
