    as much as I dont like cats the situation is awful...i know that I would be upset if something happened to my dog but Im sure that she is a strong woman she has made it this far consider this a bump in the rd (no pun intended) and just be there for her and everything will work out... take her to look at cats at a shelter one weekend and see if she falls in love with one...
