Judging by their site, its probably a Polini 50cc 2 stroke dirtbike motor (judging by the carb, thats what it is). Automatic, with centrifugal clutch running directly off the crank with gear box, to the counter shaft. Or, its a honda 4 stroke XR50 or 70 motor, big bored and stroked. Stock is a 3 speed w/out a clutch. With some mod's can be made to a 4 speed with hydro clutch. I've seen them put out close to 55hp in the 70cc motor. You can also run a 2 stroke carb on these as well. Usually a KX65 carb is whats used.

If your making money at the track it is by far. You could get either of those motors for less than 300 bucks, running, sometimes fresh or new. Tires would last considerably long. Granted they're a very soft compound for sure, but its not enough HP to trash them I wouldn't think. More than likely they're on alky which runs wayyyyyy cool, and usually adds life to a motor so long as its jetted properly. After buying all the shit to build, or buying a car, and everything to be race ready, and you can work your way back after that...more than likely it'd be far cheaper than the car scene. However, you have to look for places to run. If they're not close to home, and you don't have an assload of sponsors, then your probably going to lose money in the long run.....I've raced almost everything there is to race lol. I've learned a lot in my short time here.
