roswell city court was $50 for me, cobb co is probably the same. i got my ticket dropped and i still had to pay.
why would you have to pay a court fee if all the fees and fines were dropped?![]()

Let me know because I am fighting a ticket at the end of the month.
i went in with my lawyer. he went up and talked to the judge, came back told me the ticket was dropped and to just go to the room next door, pay my court fee and i was done and could go home. so thats what i did, i didnt even get to talk to the judge at all, i dont know any details. my dmv records are clean so yes, the ticket really was dropped.Originally Posted by shagwAg3n
edit: this was a 70 on a 45 ticket when i was 18. i was guilty. i dont know if u pay the court fee or not if u plead not guilty
you do pay court fees if you're guilty.
but if that's seriously the case then i'm not even gonna go in, just pay the damn ticket and be done w/it. not worth the extra time and still have to pay.
