The fact that you've posted this on the net for everyone to see which opens you for some serious liability because now ANYTHING that happens to ANY of their cars CAN very easily be blamed on you even if you DIDN'T do it was not very smart on your part.

To be honest, if you had the time to talk to them AFTER the incident and you sat on your hands says a lot about you. You don't need video evidence to whup someone's ass. You don't need pics to walk up to someone's house and tell their mommy and daddy that their little boy screwed up your car. You saw them do it? They thought it was just a prank? To clarify, the day after it happened I came to the kid's house and told his parents what had happened. They said that I couldn't prove anything. I showed them a written confession that the kid had posted on facebook.
"Yeah man, me, _____, and ______ shot up Xan's fuckin' car with airsoft guns, fucked it up good it was sickkk".

They said it wasn't their problem and closed the door.
This is after I had called the police, mind you.
