i wouldn't fuck with his truck though dude, that will only empower him to do more shit. I'd go after him personally and just talk shit all day long to his face and get 2 inches from his face until he decides to swing first and then you can just go to town on him and claim it was self defense since he was the physical aggresor.
basically if you get caught then it'll destroy your case, thats why i suggest doing that. Plus i'm not really a fan of personal property damage regardless
