best advice in this thread. the lawsuit idea is, from a legal standpoint, the most solid, but honestly it's not worth it in this scenario since you'll waste more on court/lawyer fees than it's worth, and you might not even win.

but the kid sounds like a douche, and the race sounds like a waste of time. if he's continuing to fuck with your shit he's clearly got no respect for you, so what's going to motivate him to actually pay for your shit if you beat him in the race? either way you just said you're going to make him pay up $, so why bother racing on barrett of all places(i live in the area and i just passed by 6 cops on a 4 mile drive home tonight. at 3 in the morning. last week was followed 4 separate times coming home down shallowford/bells ferry/ and barrett. at no point was i speeding so they never pulled me over but still, its a fucking terrible idea to race anywhere in this area). but honestly there's not gonna be an end to this untill you make him respect you and your shit, and the easiest way to go about doing that is to slap him around a bit. just don't get hit with an assault charge.
