Im in the same boat as you, I can't stand my babys mom. I have 50/50 custody, but she a horrible mother I swear. She fucked me over on my taxes since I pay for (EVERYTHING) she said I could claim him on my taxes. She did it from underneath me so when I did i got Audited or whatever and got 900 dollars compared to 4500 dollars!
