    What if an eagle comes and swoops up your baby to feed it to the baby eagles. Surely then you shouldnt get life in prison?

    I guess that would depend on if you were just walking along one day with your baby in a stroller and an eagle swooped down on it or if you left your baby outside all night covered in birdseed with a sign "FREE BABY FOR EAGLES" taped to its forehead.
