i just went through some old pictures and realized how much weight ive lost over the past 2 years. almost 80lbs now... and it never really hit me til i made a side-by-side comparison. oh, and plus my hair was NASTY.... yikes. that is all.

oh, and if anyone is curious - i drank water, stopped snacking, and started exercising a few days a week. thats all it takes.
