Stupid belongs to everyone. It's one thing all races have in common. Every race can tell you the personality traits or lack of traits the stupid their ethnic and racial group displays, and the most often the traits of the stupid in other ethnic or racial groups.
Some cultures are more tolerant of stupidity, some actually embrace it or simply don't realize that it is an integral part of the stupid subcluture that exists in every race or ethnic group. Some hold the almost superstitious belife that another race or culture is some how responsible for, or controls the factors the govern or create their own stupidity, faults, or short commings. Those people are hopless as far a change is concerned, and are by far on the lowest level of their respective grouping.
