Lol this is a racist definition in itself because there is no scientific or biological proof supporting the subdivision of humanity into races. This is the true definition of racism. Black people in this country don't make policies and systems of government to fuck white people over. Black people don't make up doctrines describing race because one, the concept of race is a lie and as I said above, black people don't have time for that shit. And discrimination? On a small scale.

Black people may be ethnically intolerant and ethnocentric but thats far from being racist. You're going to find ignorance in whomever you deal with. If you're dealing with uneducated folk you can bet you're bottom dollar they don't know how to communicate tactfully.
