    You can grow the worm wood and make it yourself, thats perfectly legal, however it is illegal to sell it (worm wood or Absinthe). Do a google search on it there are plenty of ppl selling the seads to grow the worm wood, theres also a forum just for absinthe, however I have not seen anyone in ga doing it most are in Az. There is also about 4 or 5 types of Absinthe, suppostedly the best is from the Czech, however I found no diffrence in it and the Absinthe made in Switzerland. My .02
