aigh't here's the skinny.........

Does anyone know someone that can fix my big screen TV?
The picture on the screen looks like someone stretched it out and when words are on the screen you almost see a shadow of it and its dark. We have already used the remote to try to reset all of the settings and nothing is working. The TV RCA & it's about 5 or 6 years old.
