    It's probably just that their lights aren't adjusted correctly....

    FUCK GRAN TURISMO EAST!! NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE, ESPECIALLY NOT FOR AN ALIGNMENT!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!

    That'll definitely do it. Even slightly misaligned headlights will sear your retinas.
