eh.. like i said.. i dont want to get involved. i will say this though....

mike is alot of things, but i dont think he is a liar or a cover up artist. although when he feels as though he is being attacked, he will get very angry and defensive, as many people do. after a little time, he becomes rational again. but overall, he has a good head on his shoulders and does what he feels is right in terms of moral obligation.

on the other hand... tank

the way people word things have a direct effect on how people will respond. i've noticed you do have a tendency to word things in a manner that could be somewhat offensive whether it being true or not doesn't make it right. if you have lost your mother-in-law, which i doubt you would lie about, you should know better than to bother mike with car shit whether you are a customer or not. if mike chose to not acknowledge your existense when is he off, that is his perogative even if he is acknowledging other customers.

either way.... he is going through some tough shit and the last thing on his mind is your car. you have to understand when people are going through traumatic events in their life, it is quite normal for people to have outbreaks and do things they don't normally do...

i've talked to mike several times about your car and have gone to bat for you many times. i try to help mike look at the situation, not only from a business standpoint, but also from the customer. i too have been in unfortunate circumstances regarding my car and certains shops so i know how it feels.

if your only reason was truly just to speculate the problem with the car.... i dont see how it turned into this if you had chosen your words wisely.

there is one word that comes to mind. TACT.

it can make or break a situation.
