Heh... some manufacturers (or most rather) skew Kelvin ratings so they're as high as possible. Consider it a marketing tool where most people asume the higher the number, the more leet/better it is while disregarding what the Kelvin rating of light even means. Also, the Kelvin rating of HIDs really have nothing to do with its actual output of lumens, lux, and overall brightness. Just my![]()
