I'm trying to set up my own layout and lay my own code. I've got it looking pretty decent, I think. But I can't seem to get my border to set up right!

I'm trying to get the borders around the text similar to this:

Someone feel free to show me the code that can get that transparent-like border around the text and such, it would be appreciated.
