well I hate to admitt it, but when we use to hang out and people we didnt know or didnt want around, we all had a business card of some of Gwinnett Co's PD and would just give them a call and tell them that this particular vehicle (with tag number) was acting a fool and "seemed" under the influence from what I could tell......key words "what I could tell".......I'm not a professional or anything cough...cough......but just giving some of your IA regulars some advice on how to handle these type of characters....works quite well....and you build up quite a repor with police.
