Holy shit, I can't believe this. I just met Val a couple of months ago and she was awesome. We kept talking about that pic of the "Let's Do Coke!" cat and how funny it was.
Tray, I am so sorry to hear this, man. My condolences to you and to Val's family.
There's one other thing I wanted to mention that kind of freaks me out.
On Friday night I had a dream that I was in a huge wreck in my Evo. I never have dreams about "real" things and this dream was very vivid, I remember all of the details. It was so real that when I woke up it took a few minutes for me to realize it had just been a dream. I even told some friends about it because it was more like a memory than a dream.

I can't even get through all of the posts. Thats horrible. I myself have never met her, But I was just talkign to Btlfed on AIM. She sounds like an amazing person. Through him, and through what I've just read from all of you. My prayers go out to her, her family and her fiance and family.
It's a horrible and tragic thing to have a loss like this. It seems as though its always the best of people to go, and go to soon.

She was and is still and will always be a great person, weather it was hanging out at starbucks on Barrett or chilling at North Point and the eating dinner all the time at TGI Fridays till the wee hours of the morning. She was Val....the most funniest person to be around and would always make you smile when you were down. She always knew how to keep you laughing and would make you cry cause she was so funny. I never forget the day that I meet up with her in my Evo and she was like dame you ass to got the same wheels as me. Then she said well at least i know where a set are if I curb mine. And also the going away party that she set-up for me when I went over-seas. There is just so much more that I can say....I can go on for hours. But the world is not the same without you. I know that your watching over us now. And someday we all will be able to be with you again.

I can't believe this....I knew of Val from IA but i didn't know that i knew her before i was on here.
When i first got the vette i was out at barrett alot. i remember this girl coming up to me trying to start some shit (but in a funny good way) she was with a girl in a eclipse i think but was saying if she had her car out she would waste me. we joked around a bit then started making fun of all the ricers that where out.
every time i saw her she was always joking around. making fun of people. just way too sad...

I never had the chance to meet her in person, but I remember her being a member on my site WAAAY back in the day when she had her MKIV.

Great woman and she will definitely be missed. I only had the opportunity to hang around her a few times, but I was looking forward to many more. She always had a way of livening up the place. Words can not explain how I feel about this... I am so shocked that someone that was amazing that my ex and I looked up to as a person and someone that was a very great driver is not longer to make us laugh at the goofy things she said and did. My ex wanted to get to know her and Tracy because she wanted to learn more from other girls that were into the same thing that were both amazing people to be around. I am very sorry for the loss and I know that words can not bring her back but she still lives in every person on this site. I keep seeing people write things like they didn't really know her that much or ever meet her but they hear how great she was and that is what will always be in my mind when I think about her. She had an impact on everyones life around her because how great she was and still is in heaven giving anyone with a STi up there a hard time.

I was Wondering what all the Val things were about, but I never would have thought it would be about IA losing a terrific person. Tough I never knew her I still feel sad hearing about her death. I will pray for her family and friends as they go through these hard times ahead. Wow I just can't imagine having to deal with such a big loss. It makes a lot of the things you worry about seem pointless.

Tray and Val's family you have my deepest sympathy. I can't believe what had happened and when I heard I cried after I got off the phone. Val was a beautiful person inside and out and I'm deeply sorry to hear what happened. She was a very friendly and caring human being that always made me smile as well as others. I can't say enough to how sorry I am. I really wish this wasn't true. She is watching over you Tray and she always will be watching over you. Tray, if there is ANYTHING I can do please do not hesitate to call. I'm sorry I didn't get to make the funeral today, I just got back into town. You have my deepest sympathy and regrets.
