if some random dude put a fucking boot on my car and said $50, and i was sure he wasnt a police officer i probably would have taken a socket wrench to his fucking face.

EDIT: apparently they were cops, in which case i would have jacked up my car, taken off my wheel, put on the spare, and peaced.
