There aren't any good techs. We have hired many and still have the same one that started with the shop. You can't just trust anyone to hire and work on cars and be at your shop when you aren't around.

It's not even like that anyways. The race schedule is tough this season. We are paid drivers....none of us need to need to be at the shop, per say. I'm just being a snotty girl right now. That's the real deal. I'm trying to be stubborn and prove a point like women do and you are calling me out on some shit and making me spill my beans GAWD.
