That's exactly what I said on the first page of this thread.
And yes I do read, and I read the original post and nowhere in the post did i find him bitching the police and telling them to fuck off for giving him a ticket. He got a ticket, of course he's gonna frustrated. Who likes getting a ticket? He was just explaining his frustration and what happened. No need to bash him...
