??? Where do you get off calling this a lame thread? His uncle had a bad experience, he relayed it on to the general population. I understand that time is money, being in sales myself, but you still have to look after the little guy coming in. There are two reasons behind that, (1) Small(quick) customers keep the lights on when the projects start drying up, (2) Small customers may indeed lead to one of those larger projects.
The lesson of the story is that customer service is important, no matter how much someone has to spend. If they were to busy then, they should have tried to explain and reschedule.
